Ingredients:
1. Fresh raw salmon and tuna (or frozen), and flying fish roe (orange),
2. 1 island, 2 cups lettuce, cucumber and a half (half cup), and 7 or 8 leaves and sesame
3. 2 spring onions, 3 cloves of garlic and ginger juice 2 TS,
4. 1 pack of dried tofu, bean paste, anchovies, sesame oil and sea grass (Kim)
1. Cooked rice.
2. Make the soup:
In a pan, and 5 cups water 80-10 dried anchovies (remove the heads and intestines) and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove anchovies from the pan and add c 1 ½ tablespoons of bean curd. Reduce heat.
½ package of tofu cubes (about 1 cup) in 0.5 cm cubes and add to 1 to No. 2 and boil for several minutes and turn off the heat.
Chop onion.
Sprinkle green onion on the soup before serving with hwedupbap.
Sprinkle a few pinches of sugar and salt in the strips of carrot. Mix and set aside.
Slice lettuce (2-3 cups) finely and place it on the board.
½ slice thin option (1 cup) and place them next to the lettuce on a platter of gold.
Put a plaque on the islands after pressing gently to remove excess fluid.
Segment sesame leaves 5-7 finely and place it on the board.
3 tablespoons of the mixture of hot pepper paste, c 1 tablespoon soy sauce, vinegar and 2 tablespoons C 1 teaspoons of sugar in a bowl with a spoon.

For vegetarians: You can make "bibimbap tofu hot" using the same recipe, but of course you have to replace the raw fish with fried tofu.
